To flash your phone to new Firmware you will need MultiLoader

WARNING: ALL MEMORY WILL BE LOST SO BACK UP FILES ONTO MEMORY CARD
Before you flash take out the sim card and memory card
Turn off your phone and press and hold Volume Down + Camera + Power keys, your phone should display a red bar with DOWNLOAD in the middle of it.
Open Multioader
Fill in the options like this
Click 'Port Search' until your phone was shown up, then click the 'Download' button.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR MULTILOADER SHOWS EXACTLY THE SAME OPTIONS SELECTED AS THE ONE IN THE PICTURE
